PeopleWeek platform provides HR and collaboration solutions across the employee lifecycle. With this integration, employees will be able to request trainings directly in PeopleWeek and access courses in iSpring Learn after the request is approved by the manager.

How to Enable Integration

1. Go to and find Peopleweek under the Integrations tab.

2. Click on Learn More. You'll see detailed information on the integration.

3. Leave a request. A manager will contact you and set up the integration with PeopleWeek.

How the Integration Works

1. An employee goes to their PeopleWeek account and selects Training.

2. In the Training section, they click Catalogue.

3. Then, they select the course and click Request Training.

4. A manager receives a notification.

5. They open it and click Approve.

6. An employee receives a notification that their request was approved and goes to the Training section. They click My Training Requests → My Enrolments.

7. After that, they click View next to the desired course.

8. They then enter their iSpring Learn account sign-in info.

9. The employee will see the course they were enrolled in in their user portal.

10. Once the course is completed, its status will be updated both in iSpring Learn and PeopleWeek.

Other Features in the PeopleWeek Training Module

Employees can request training or automatically get enrolled in training (for example, because it is mandatory), give feedback on trainings, suggest new trainings.

Admins can manage training types, contacts, locations, sessions, certificate templates, and calendars, and attach documents to training descriptions.

Different roles can be used: Catalogue Manager, Enrolment Manager.

Training certificates can be given.

Training reports and training status reports can be generated.
